[FOREST]
This magazine focuses on the environment, specifically the importance of forests in natural cycles. I refined my initial broad concept to highlight why forests matter, researching the impact of human activity on these ecosystems and examining various forest structures. My designs feature structured compositions and a nuanced color palette to showcase details often overlooked by the average reader. Using shades and tints to create dynamic textures, I aim to foster appreciation for the invaluable role forests play in our world. /// @2024
[CHAMPION]
This pamphlet is inspired by the evolution of the Champion brand from sportswear to high fashion, and my goal is to represent this transition abstractly. I researched Champion's history and analyzed the brand's development over time, starting with simple line sketches. In my subsequent drafts, I incorporated additional elements, such as flags and street graffiti, to connect the themes of fashion and hip-hop culture. The final design emphasizes color and movement, enhancing the overall content and detail. Ultimately, I aim for readers to gain a deeper understanding of Champion's brand evolution. /// @2024
[BROOKLINE HIP-HOP FESTIVAL]
This branding project centers on the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival, aiming to capture the vibrant emotions of Hip Hop culture and its enthusiastic audience. I researched festival imagery and reflected on the inspiration behind my theme. Initially, I designed a logo featuring simple icons that represent key Hip Hop elements. In my second draft, I created abstract patterns to embody the spirit of Hip Hop music, using a yellow and black color palette to preserve the brand's identity. For my poster design, I focused on expressing the freedom of Hip Hop music, employing bold capital letters to highlight the theme. Ultimately, my goal was to streamline the logo and enhance message clarity with a prominent title, while providing essential festival information for staff members. /// @2024
